Cyber System is looking for experienced Customer Support Executives. Candidates with Medical Front Desk (Inbound) experience with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

– Answering inbound video calls with greetings.
– Scheduling patient appointments.
– Eligibility Verification.
– Appointment Reminders.
– Pre-Authorization & Follow-ups.

Requirements:
– Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
– Experience in Patient Calling.
– Fluent English (Oral and Verbal)
– Basic knowledge of computer skills (MS Word & Excel)
Preference will be given to experienced candidates.

Salary: 35k – 60k (depending upon your interview)
